Good Lord Rusell..... You've gone and angered International Scifi fans.

Okay, I didn't understand what all the fuss was about. I saw the posts calling Russell T. Davis rude, unfeeling, and uncairing about his fans, and the articles picked up by other media and rewritten. But I'm well aware of how things can be taken out of context and rewrtten to make things seem worse then they are. So I went and found the orignal article on line .

Nothing....

"I'm glad their typing...."

Question: But it's a risky thing to kill off such a popular character.
DAVIES:
Absolutely. There’s a risk that some people won’t come back to watch now that Ianto’s gone. I thank them for watching the show and I recommend they go watch Supernatural, because those boys are beautiful. And don’t tell me they’re brothers. [Laughs] Not in my mind.

So not good. Then there was the gay rights issue. Which really wasn't that bad. But could be read that way. I mean nusrey blocks??? Dude you need to know how to talk to the press.

Sighs, and these campaigns start with typing and tend to get results. Star Trek, Roswell, La Femme Nikita, Earth Final Conflict and those are just ones I know about, and now Torchwood my dear Mr. Russell the fans may not have knives out, but you of all people should know the power of a pen or key stroke.
